Daily Affirmations

These are some of the affirmations that I integrate into my daily meditations and daily yoga practice. I find them to not only help in both practices, but they also help in my overall daily well-being.

I find that it really helps to say them out loud, but also saying them in your head as a simple reminder.

Affirmations for Challenges

I am exactly where I need to be right now.
All things are temporary.
I’m grateful for adversity because it allows me to grow.
I am open to growth.
I will let go of the things I cannot control.
I am in control of my mind and I choose to be positive.
I will let go of negativity and things that no longer bring me happiness.
I believe that everything will work out.
My strength is greater than my struggles.
I choose to forgive myself for my mistakes.

Self Affirmations

I am enough.
I am loved.
I am strong.
I am filled with positivity.
I am worthy of great things.
I believe in myself.
I am proud of myself.
I love myself for who I am.

I am in charge of my own self-worth.

Positive Daily Affirmations

I am surrounded by love.
I am grateful for all that I have.
There are endless opportunities around me.

I have all I need to succeed.
I can reach any goal.Success and happiness come easily to me.
I can create the life I dream of.
I only attract good things.

I hope these affirmations not only help you during meditation or yoga practice, but also help you on your self-care journey. It is so important, now more than ever, to remind ourselves that we are good enough, we are strong enough, and we are capable of anything we put our minds too.
